Onboarding a new employee brings a number of forms and company processes into play. Payroll needs to be activated, orientations need to be had, and tax forms must be completed, to name a few of the less exciting tasks in the onboarding process.

The data moves along to time, payroll and benefits enrollment, so you increase data consistency and avoid bottlenecks.
